Oct 13 - Things come in Threes (Port Implant)

Feeling I didn't have enough fresh stitches over these past 4 days, I had my appointment for my port to be implanted. Again, this was a procedure that had been presented to me as no big deal, however, I would not characterize it quite that way. However, learning from my experiences with my recent two incisions, I did find that this procedure went much better with some Fentanyl followed quickly with a Percocet chaser. Again, Peggy was kind enough to drive the bus, and my happier state, was almost ready for a road trip.
